I took my Chevy Tahoe there, first time using Dave’s. I found the team there to be professional, knowledgable, and very friendly. I had a long list of problems with my vehicle for them to fix, 200,000 miles of partial neglect ignoring noises. Dave’s took care of every one of them, and went the extra mile to make sure I left a satisfied customer. I really liked their automated text notifications that gave me real time tracking of issues found and allowed me to approve any work. The costs were broken down and explained. The pricing was very reasonable. The schedule for work completion was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop for your repair needs.
Hey JT, I don't know who spoke with you but there must have been some sort of disconnect. We would happily look over your vehicle, and would not charge you a second diagnostic fee even if it is a separate issue. Especially after you spent quite a large amount of money with us. The vehicle is older and has some miles on it so it could be something completely unrelated, but I would definitely like to double check everything we did just in case we missed something.
