They were nice. They were friendly. I took it in for one thing and they end up having to pay for something minor. My battery cables were loose and they charged me almost $100 to repair that when I took it in for the other battery the auxiliary battery so I didn’t think that was very fair. However, they were friendly. They were nice and they took care of the issue.

I did want to clarify that the charge was for the diagnostic process involved in verifying the source of the warning light and electrical concerns after the auxiliary battery replacement, not simply for tightening a battery cable. Our technician scanned the vehicle for faults, tested both batteries and their connections, reviewed the start/stop system data, researched the Chrysler charging system operation, and test drove the vehicle to confirm the concern was resolved and no additional faults returned. In this case, the loose main battery terminal ended up being the cause of the issue, and fortunately it was a relatively minor repair instead of needing additional parts or more extensive electrical work. We always try to find the actual cause of the problem first and keep repairs as minimal and cost-effective as possible. We appreciate your business and your feedback.

The absolute best. Used several times on several different vehicles. I called to pay today expecting $750 bill ( this was original estimate) They said bill was only $270. Once they got in there several things ended up being fine. Very honest and I'll never use anyone else in the KC/ Ind/BS area again. Would give more stars if possible.

Dave’s service center always does a wonderful job fixing my vehicle I have been here for some pretty major repairs and the service is always great! Pricing is reasonable my vehicle never take weeks and weeks to get repaired they always have the repairs completed in a timely manner. I always recommend to anyone in the blue springs area

Dave’s Service center is the best! Very informative and honest. No unnecessary or unexpected charges. Very fair pricing. My daughter’s car runs fantastic now! And Dave….boy, where do I start…this guys is a real straight shooter, no haggling or nothing. And his knowledge of cars is only rivaled by his know of the Kansas City Chiefs!
