Good job on fixing my car, so I gave 3 stars for that, but not disclosing that a fee will be charged when paying by card is a huge red flag to me. When I called about it, the lady made sure to say that there are signs in the office (that I obviously didn't see), and on the website (that I NEVER saw), but apologized for not telling me at the time they ran my card! FYI, laws require that you inform the consumer, AND if you are going to post something, it must be in PLAIN SIGHT! It was NOT in plain sight! I paid a $3,600+ bill, and more was taken just because they didn't have the decency to tell me they were going to take an extra $127 out of my account that I needed for something else. Again, good job on fixing my car and other services I was due for, but let people know about things like that. It's not your money, so you don't care, but if someone sues you, that sign and notice on your website may not be sufficient. I will never take my care here again. IJS
Thank you for the feedback Chanita, I do apologize the card fee was not clearly stated to you, but we do have multiple signs posted in our lobby including right on the front desk where people check out. Regardless, someone should have verbally told you as well, that is a definitely a fault on our end. On another note I am glad you were satisfied with your service, and I am more than happy to give you a $127.00 credit to use on a future repair!
