Went to get my car inspected and they said it needed work to pass and I was able to get it done the next day. I always get good service at Dave’s and want to keep going but the lack of face masks by ANY employee left me looking for a new auto shop for now...

I apologize for the lack of mask wearing. My technicians are not required to wear mask due to safety hazards working on vehicles and working by themselves, they are to only be in lobby to bring keys back for vehicles. As long as there is only on customer at a time in lobby the Service Advisors do not need mask but should if lobby gets crowded. I was not up front when you picked up your vehicle so I dont know how many persons where there. We can get very busy and it is hard for me to monitor the mask situations . Again I apologize for the lack of monitoring, the mask ordinance is very frustrating for everyone. Thanks

Idk what cars they normally fix but the only shop that doesn't have an OBD or something... crazy

lube tech in mechanic clothing...was charged $350 and ended up fixing my car MYSELF!

Sorry you where disappointed We found #2 spark plug fould but coil working at that time Test drove ok. After you had vehicle die while driving we found fuel gauge inaccurate and vehicle out of fuel. After adding $15.00 of fuel at our expense vehicle ran. Test drove multiple times and ran fine. I realize after vehicle picked up you had miss fire on #2 again. That coil came from #4 location since we switched coils during original testing. After we spoke as a good will gesture I refunded you $150.00 I wish I could make symptoms happen when vehicles are in my possession but that doesn't always happen . I'm glad you vehicle is running fine now.
