Scheduled a repair 2 weeks out, received a call at 3:30PM of the day it was to be repaired being told they didn’t have the part and couldn’t schedule me out. Got about 3 texts this week confirming my appt without knowing they didn’t have the part in the first place. First experience was not a great one.
I greatly apologize for the inconvenience, The Ford dealer never told us that when we ordered your part that it was on backorder, we had confirmation of the order. We are very disappointed with them for not letting us know that. If they had called us at that time we could have let you know weeks in advance that we could not do your repair. We should have followed up sooner so we could have saved you the effort of dropping off your vehicle. Again I apologize for your inconvenience. Thanks Dave's Service Team
