I own a small landscaping business. I have a 92 f250. The truck has a fuel issue. Dave had my truck for almost 3 weeks. Was not able to fix or diagnose the issue. The truck sat for weeks and no call or information came of it. I was returned the truck today nothing was fixed and no answer about the issue. I was then charged for the truck $160 for replacing the spark plugs but the spark plugs were checked before the truck was brought to Dave. The plugs did not fix the truck. I was taken advantage of. Dave agreed to a project he could not resolve. As a small business owner myself I would never charge a customer for a job I was incapable of doing. I should have not been charged. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

We've been to a couple of other servicers, ONLY when Dave was so busy he couldn't fit us in. It was our fault, not theirs, that we would wait right before the deadline for inspection or whatever. But we have trusted Dave's Service Center with our 7 vehicles for the last 21 years. Not one time were they unkind or excessive in pay. These folks are AWESOME. That's why we don't mind driving way across town to get to them. They are worth it!
