Came in with clicking/thumping noise under the floorboard when turning. Was told that the mechanic didn’t hear or feel it when he drove it. Then when I picked it up, I felt and heard it driving out of your lot. 🧐

I'm sorry we could not duplicate the noise when we had your vehicle in, I know Blue Springs Ford could not find it either. Its very frustrating for your and us, knowing you have this noise and neither of our shops could find it is also why we did not charge you to check it. If you can find a why to duplicate it be happy to go for a ride with you to hear it. Thanks Dave's Service team

Everyone is always professional and listens to your concerns.They do good work and maybe not the cheapest but do honest good work.I have a rattle issue on my Volvo that has been a stubborn issue but they continue to try and remedy the problem.Daves is the go to guy in Blue Springs Keep up the good work fellows
