Went to get my car inspected and they said it needed work to pass and I was able to get it done the next day. I always get good service at Dave’s and want to keep going but the lack of face masks by ANY employee left me looking for a new auto shop for now...
I apologize for the lack of mask wearing. My technicians are not required to wear mask due to safety hazards working on vehicles and working by themselves, they are to only be in lobby to bring keys back for vehicles. As long as there is only on customer at a time in lobby the Service Advisors do not need mask but should if lobby gets crowded. I was not up front when you picked up your vehicle so I dont know how many persons where there. We can get very busy and it is hard for me to monitor the mask situations . Again I apologize for the lack of monitoring, the mask ordinance is very frustrating for everyone. Thanks
